If you have ever spent any time in Chelsea, Quebec, you know the restaurant Les Fougeres. Owned and operated by Charles Part and Jennifer Warren-Part, Les Fougères is a truly special place and a regular destination for many food lovers in Ottawa.
The book “A Year at Les Fougères” was achieved by literally taking an entire year and many shoots to compile imagery from each season that the restaurant has. In summer, we enjoyed the garden and the fine herbs and veggies that were hand picked each day, then followed up through each season and their unique flavours and styles. The book has since received many awards.
